I work in the medical field for over 15 years and it was un professional off staff saying what they said while my daughter was being put under anesthesia. No child should have to deal with that in a place where they should feel safe especially having a procedure done. Plus unable to have myself in the room while my daughter gets sedated should be changed. Kids get bullied enough at schools these days.

I found the staff genuinely friendly, I mean not trained to be friendly. It made me feel very welcome . Dr. Kobakov was warm and really took the time to explain my options to me. I felt treated like a human being, not just a number.
