Would recommend this to anybody dealing with tooth decay bone grafting, dental implants, or has high anxiety when going to the dentist the building itself felt like a high-end hotel and very relaxing. Every part of the experience was in a comfortable nice room with very kind and considerate staff from check-in to billing at the end.

This was my second time visiting this office, and while the front desk staff wasn't particularly warm or friendly either time, the outstanding clinical care more than made up for it. I was incredibly anxious about my extraction, but the doctor’s assistant was so kind, patient, and reassuring that my nerves completely melted away. The procedure itself was incredibly quick, and the thorough informational packet they provided left me feeling totally prepared for my recovery at home. I am so grateful to the assistant and the surgical team for their efficiency and compassionate care, and I only hope the front office can work on being a bit more welcoming to patients in the future.

Overall a very pleasant experience, as always very professional staff . The dental assistant ( I Forgot her name ? Rupa ? ) helped relieve my anxiety she was very kind and reassuring !

Not sure why the redundancy occurred, or where the communication problem was. I went to my regular dentist Dr Coakley on 5/19 for a consultation about a growth on the inside of my right cheek. The dentist took a picture of it and sent it and a referral to CMOS. When I arrived at the scheduled time I went to the procedure room to be informed this was only a consultation. The Dr looked inside my mouth for 10seconds and said I needed to schedule the procedure. I went to check out and was charged $170.00 and was given an estimate of $990 for the procedure. The procedure was done with no problem. I am not happy with 2 consultations. Thank you for any response you can give me.
