Both of my children have been treated at CMOS. Both experiences were smooth and easy. The office is very organized, staff is friendly and professional, and they do their best to get patients scheduled as quickly as possible. Both kids were well cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Baran was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. My son had all four wisdom teeth out and the staff called a few times to check in on him. Easy to work with and we were even able to switch his apt up a week so he didn't miss the start of sports season.

I cannot say enough about CMOS. From my initial call to make the appointment to my walkout when my procedure was done!! Walked in and was greeted by your very professional receptionist and very shortly Daily came to get me. I was seated in the procedure room and shortly after Didi came in and introduced herself (I’m not exactly sure just what her title was or what else she did besides hold my hand because I was in reclining position but she held my hand the entire time and it made it much easier for me (I hope I didn’t break her hand by my squeezing so hard). Then Dr. Colarusso came in and began the procedure. He was very aware of my comfort and no pain. I did feel a little pain at one point and he immediately injected more Novocain. My procedure took less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and caring. I was then brought to Rae who thoroughly went over my post-op instructions. I was not rushed and left there knowing exactly what I had to do and who I should call in the event that I had any concerns or questions. She even called me a couple of hours after I got home to see how I was doing. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and caring I received at CMOS and I would highly recommend you to my family and friends and anyone else that needs an oral surgery procedure

Diti, the surgeon’s assistant, was very professional and kind. The surgeon had a great sense of humor. He was efficient and despite my extreme fear and anxiety, they were both able to quell my anxiety and fear and extract my tooth with any issues. Thank you very much.

Entire staff from Doctor to assistants to account dept to receptionist all were professional, personable, and made you relax in the building. My 2 experiences have been terrific and will not hesitate returning when or if another issue arises. Kathy at the Leominster office was extremely helpful in guiding me through the situation. CMOS is a CLASS ACT !!

My experience was excellent across the board. I had a situation that was rather last minute. I was given an appt within days. The staff from the first phone call to the procedure with the doctor and assistant were hassle free and gently handled. I was given clear and precise instructions for what to do and to expect afterwards. I highly recommend this oral surgery office.

I had to have a tooth extracted and the roots were pressing on my sinuses and required an oral surgeon . The minute I walked into their office I felt at ease!! The staff was so nice and kind!! I am petrified of the dentist and they went through all my options with me. I opted to have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to ease my fear!! I did not feel a thing!! The procedure took about 15 minutes! I was able to drive home myself. Dr Colarusso was so gentle! Would highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you for helping me!

I have severe dental anxiety. Perla’s patience and kindness while waiting for the doctor helped ease my fears. Dr Baron came in with such an upbeat attitude which also helped. He explained each step and moved quickly which I was grateful for. The experience was made bearable because of the care I received.
