Arrived at the office with a very unsure 10 year old. Staff was willing to speak privately and truly interested in getting an idea of the WHOLE situation, including familial issues. Approached my little one in a compassionate and reaffirming way. Made her feel as comfortable as possible (considering the unusual dental needs). Made me feel that I chose the right place for care. Very quick scheduling for the follow up procedure. Clear instructions for the time between and a “please call if questions arise”.

Dr. Shant Baran was very forth coming, clearly explaining my options and the benefits of dental implants. This was not available in my parents time and extraction was the ONLY option. Without hesitation,we agreed to take the next step and booked my oral procedure. Waiting too long can result result in discomfort and infection. Regards, John R.
