staff was amazing! getting in was quick. Didn't have enough time for nummy gel to take any effect as the doctor came at me with the needle. started to scream it hurt so bad. started to cry and hyperventilate. the staff asked if I wanted the gas and I said yes. within seconds I was calm and numb. He took out the tooth and I was fine. I have a huge bruise on the side of my face. Under the circumstances I don't think it was anyones fault as the tooth was so bad.

The whole visit went well from beginning to end. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor and assistant explained every step of the procedure and helped put me at ease. The follow up in the recovery area and call later also went well.

It was a very very nice experience coming into an unfamiliar practice. I was put at ease by the ladies at the front desk and was amazed at their proficiency and communication with my dentist office. All the ladies in the back were all so very nice and were so professional at their job and covered all aspects of my procedure, recovery instructions, and checking out.
