From Receptionist to Dental Assistant, my experience was pleasant. Doctor Baran was exceptional. Having a tooth extraction is never “fun”, however, the professionalism exhibited by the entire team put me at ease. Post-extraction, I was provided with a printout of all the “Do’s and “Don’t’s” that was thoroughly conveyed to me verbally as well. A prescription was called in to my pharmacy and I was able to conveniently pick up my antibiotic on the way home. I received a follow-up phone call to verify that I was doing okay. Very thoughtful and appreciated.

Our overall experience was a 10/10, and I could not be happier to be having my daughter’s wisdom teeth done here. So grateful to my sister in law for the referral. There wasn’t one person we came across who wasn’t super nice and welcoming. In fact, I’m sad that I didn’t know about central mass oral surgery when I had my own teeth worked on.
