Best dental experience I have had in my life. Great facility and staff!

I'm one of those rare people who loves going to the dentist, however, this appointment was not making me smile. My tooth had split completely in half and was unable to be saved - I was devastated! Every negative emotion ran through me as I mourned my tooth for days. Arriving for my appointment at CMOS, very nervous and confused to say the least, I was immediately put at ease when escorted to the exam room. Dr. Kobakov and staff were so kind and caring, I was able to relax and accept the fate of my tooth and what could be done to help me smile again. All options were thoroughly explained in a manner easily understandable by someone under tooth-extraction duress. So far, this visit was going very well, but I was still confused about cost and what insurance may or may not cover. Next, I was off to speak to someone on the financial side. Again, I was treated with kind respect, I felt no judgement for my emotion-induced, confused lack of understanding, and when I left the office, I had all the information I needed to make my plan. In a few weeks I will be heading back to begin having my smile restored by Dr. Kobakov and the wonderful dental staff of CMOS. Many Thanks to all who I encountered on my visit!

Took some time to get an appointment, but staff was great, they were very patient, explaining everything throughout the whole process, and checking in regularly to be sure i was comfortable and not in pain. I would definitely recommend them.
