Dr Calarusso is the absolute best! His expertise and years of experience put you in the best hands possible for what can be a painful difficult experience..tooth extraction! His staff was amazing as well holding my hand and keeping me calm through the procedure. We are lucky to have CMOS and Dr Calarusso here!

The staff at CMOS are my heroes! I grew up in Leominster but live out of state. While visiting MA I had an emergency that involved a previous extraction. They were able to diagnose and treat me ASAP. The level of care was outstanding, and I will continue to work with them despite the travel.

Very rude, unprofessional staff. Financially made a mess of the experience and had no urgency to correct their mistakes. If you have other choices for Oral Surgery, its probably best to explore them.
