I dreaded the extraction of a baby tooth that had not been problematic for 70+ yrs! But it was suddenly very sensitive and I was quickly referred to CMOS. Expecting a lengthy procedure, the skilled hands of Dr. Colarusso extracted the tooth in a few minutes and I’ve been pain-free.

Had a scary billing error, left a message inquiring about it and they got back to me within 10 minutes and were very helpful explaining what had happened and put my mind at ease, turns out my balance was at zero but an error caused me to receive a message. Easily solved. The staff, doctors and physician assistance are all very friendly and up front about operations.

While it is not the CMOS facility directly, I do hope that they are able to get some headway with MassHealth as the state transfers to a new computer system. The state's issues are causing medical delays.

Even after telling them that I have major dental anxiety they were amazing. Kidding around and making sure that I was comfortable and at ease. I had a short window of time to have the procedure done and they accommodated that.
