Truly impressed by the level of service and overall quality of experience from start to finish. Personable and ahead of schedule, the staff was helpful and kind. Dr. Baran and his assistants brought some humor to what was (for me) a procedure I had postponed for years due to nerves. The surgery was quick and painless. I highly recommend this team and their beautiful facility.

I have been seeing Dr Baran for almost 2 years. He is an amazing surgeon, very intelligent & professional, personable and compassionate. Dr Baran has made this unfortunate series of events so completely easy for me. I will certainly miss him and all the staff at CMOS when my time here is done. They are my friends. I saw Dr Kobakov to have an impacted wisdom tooth pulled. It literally took 5 minutes for him to get it done. I am not exaggerating. I have had other teeth pulled in the past at other places and it usually took about 45 minutes per tooth. I am in shock on how quick the surgery went and will be going back to see them if I ever need to.

I have had 7 procedures in the last 20 months. The front desk staff, the assistants and Dr Baran treat me so kindly. I was terrified at first but now I am at ease for any procedure. I recommend CMOS and Dr Baran to everyone.

I have to say my entire experience was wonderful. I had to have an extraction (that I was not happy about ) and everyone was extremely friendly ,helpful and calming. Dr. Mikhail Kobakov is as superior person as he is a dentist. He truly provides exceptional care without exception! Highly knowledgeable, exceptional bed-side manner, superior service and above all customer service. Superiority in his field and quality at its finest. Highly recommended! You are all so wonderful at CMOS! Dr Baran and Lauren were so good to me during and after my procedure on Thursday. Things went a little crazy and they were both amazing to me. Thank you for taking such good care of me Dr Baran. Can’t thank you and Lauren enough ️🦷️🦷

From the Front Desk staff to the recovery area, each staff member was pleasant, professional, accommodating and kind. My other daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out at your office and we were very happy with your service, so when it was time for this ones wisdom teeth to come out, we knew who to call!! Quality of care is always exceptional. I don't receive this level of attention or care at any other service I receive. I don't think any one looks forward to dental work but Central Mass makes it a much more pleasant experience. VIP feeling every time I have an appointment!
