Staff were awesome and friendly. The office appears inviting and clean. I was a little bummed that Dr. C was a bit to gruff and unsympathetic. He doesn’t like to “sugar coat things” as he puts it, which is fine. However, he should keep in mind that some patients have a serious phobia going to the dentist and some kindness and empathy can go a long way in helping the patient be more at ease. Maybe even help in overcoming their fear of the dentist office. I’m sure Dr. C is a great oral surgeon but he could work on his beside manner a little more.
