No surprises, Everything was explained in advance, from the receptionist Christine as I entered the building through Dr C's two assistants, Dr C and the people in the recovery area...everyone was friendly but professional in their demeanor. Before they left for the day, one of their staff called me to insure that I was feeling well and had no problems. Nice touch. Very nice touch.

My experience was very positive. I was in and out before my actual scheduled appointment time. Staff were friendly and the Dentist was very kind and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and concerns and I left there feeling relieved.

Very Impressed! My first visit, I came in for a consult. Staff was pleasant, helpful and very efficient. Dr. Baran was to the point, very informative, and took the time to explain everything to me while showing me my X-rays and pointing out the problem. Central Mass Oral Surgery is a beautiful state of the art facility with all of the most modern equipment on hand. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I would highly recommend this practice.

From the moment you walk in the door you are put to ease. The ladies at the front desk are kind and caring. . For someone like me who has anxiety going to the dentist this put me immediately at ease. The staff behind the sense are equally amazing. They explained everything and reassured me I was in good hands. The professionalism all around made my whole experience an unexpected surprise. 10 out of 10 in my book.
