Not exactly "smiling from ear to ear" just yet--it's only been three hours since the extraction--but I am very pleased with all aspects of the visit and procedure. The office staff was polite, professional, and friendly; the oral surgeon was clearly highly skilled and efficient; and, fortunately for me, I believe I will only need a couple of over-the-counter NSAIDs to get me through the pain portion tonight. I am very satisfied and very impressed--Great Job!

The Doctor's assistant (forgot her name) was kind and professional in bringing me through the ex-ray process and then taking my blood pressure and making me comfortable in the chair. The tooth extraction went flawlessly and in the two days since, I've not had any pain. Dr. Kobakov is highly competent and professional with a great sense of humor to boot. Thank you to all at CMOS for making a stressful event very manageable!

CMOS has the most professional, kind, and caring staff I have ever dealt with and Dr Kobakov was by far the most kind, sensitive to patient needs, aware, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I felt like a person, and more than that I felt like I was dealing with other people. No robots in the Gardner office! I wish I could use them for all my medical needs!

Today I had an initial comprehensive oral evaluation at the Gardner office of CMOS. In addition to an X-ray being taken, I was able to meet with several staff personnel and with dental surgeon, Dr. Kobakov. Dr Kobakov gave me a very complete factual evaluation and clearly proposed options that I can choose to take for my dental health and care. Armed with factual data, I am following through with Dr. Kobakov's recommendations and will be making a follow up appointment to have the desired dental procedure completed.
