I walked into the Gardner office (my dentist is next door) for an extraction. The only available appointment was about 3 weeks out except for 'in 45 minutes' at the Leominster office. Gardner staff had me do all paperwork and facilitated me getting there in time. The Dr was absolutely no nonsense, all busniness, communicated well and you could tell he cared about what he was doing. The staff was very good, caring and professional. Yes, an extraction hurts. They're ripping a portion of bone out of your skull. Do what they say, follow the ample directions they give you and there shouldn't be a problem.
