Overall, I had a very good experience at C.M.O.S. The staff was professional and the doctor was right to the point with his work. The only drawback was the nerve blocker injection. Like most people; I'm not a fan of needles. I would recommend this place for dental procedures. Very clean.

This was a consult for my son's wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was so pleasant from check-in to the exam by the doctor, to scheduling his procedure. I checked "No" about it not being my first visit to CMOS, only because both of my kids have been patients in the Leominster office, but it was my first visit in Gardner. I'm thrilled you have an office a bit closer to me :).

This was my first time at CMOS. The staff, their friendliness, the cleanliness of the procedure room were all excellent. Dr. Carmine Colarusso removed a large molar that was cracked in half. He was fast, friendly, and I thought I would be really sore afterwards, but I wasn't. He did a great job, and I have no more pain. I asked for a copy of the xray panoramic, and the receptionist printed it out for me. The whole procedure, including a panoramic xray and extraction of the molar took under 30 minutes. Great Service!

I broke a compromised tooth last week, and scheduled an appointment to have Dr Colorusso look at it and make recommendation. Your staff took an X-ray first. Dr Colorusso looked into my mouth for less than 2 minutes, and looked at the X-ray. For that I was charged $525.00. I think that is way excessive since I didn’t even have any work done. I don’t think I should have been charged that much for just and X-Ray and a very short evaluation.

Dr.Colarusso is the best! He always makes me feel so comfortablw.I wont go to anyone else.My dental plan changed and im now out of network,but ill pay whatever the cost to keep him..Worth the peace of mind
