I came in for a tooth extraction. The "tech", Perla I think her name was, who prepped me for this procedure couldn't have been more welcoming and pleasant and professional. The extraction also went fine. I appreciated the follow up phone call later in the day to see how I was doing.

CMOS excels at making unpleasant procedures as pleasant as possible. Their staff and doctors are top-notch, and they do a great job with pain management as well. Only place to go for oral surgery.

I had an excellent experience with this oral and maxillofacial surgery office. No one wants to have tooth surgery, but from scheduling to arrival, the staff made the entire process smooth, professional, and comforting. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and attentive. During my surgery for tooth #9, I was sedated but still somewhat aware, and the team consistently checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable. Afterward, they gave me clear recovery instructions, explained the next steps, and even called later that day to follow up and make sure I was doing well. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10. Considering it was tooth surgery, I really have nothing to complain about. I’ve had to come here a few times over the years, and the care has always been excellent. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this office because of how me and my family were treated by the receptionist Nikki. My child is only 16, on the spectrum and has high anxiety. She was scheduled for surgery this morning and as me and my sister, the patient's aunt were walking her into be seen, Nikki started screaming that my sister could not go with us. She embarrassed our family in front of other staff and patient's. Nikki then left the front reception area and continued screaming about the situation in the back office. At that time my child was very anxious and uncomfortable so we decided to leave and cancel the surgery. Nikki is completely unprofessional and unhinged. There was no need for her to throw a fit and scream, let alone treat my family the way she did.
