This was our first visit to Central Mass Oral Surgery for our son’s emergency surgery last Tuesday due to an accident at school during recess. Dr. Kobakov knew the severity of the situation and did not hesitate and took our son in immediately. Dr. Kobakov and his staff when above and beyond staying after hour to make sure our son was ok. The staff was incredibly friendly greeting us and started the process as soon as we walked in the office. Dr. Kobakov was professional, excellent, kind and gentle with our son. They are so professional and they took their time to explain everything to us. Besides Dr. Kobakov, we can’t thank all the nurses – Kristen, Ashley, Cristin, Stephanie and Sharon who was there all the way for our son comforting and reassuring him that they will take good care of him and that he was in good hands. The dental team provided impeccable service from beginning to the end. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of our son.
