I would highly recommend this practice for oral surgery. Excellent staff in all departments. Great oral surgeon.

For years I'd been putting off having a broken wisdom tooth extracted. Long story short, I finally decided to get it done. Dr. K made short work of it with only a local anesthetic. Fast and efficient. There was no pain. Certainly less pain and more enjoyable than a average weekly corporate staff meeting, by far. So far post procedure pain management required only over the counter meds. Great staff, great doctor, I wish I'd had it done sooner.. Highly recommend.

Such a good experience- as usual I was anxious about having an extraction- but very quickly my anxiety level dropped to Zero. Painless procedure- Dr. Calarusso and the dental assistant were experts in pain control and they were awesome!

I can't believe how lucky I am. Was very nervous about getting an implant. The initial visit put me at ease quickly. When I went to the implant, I was taken in right on time at 8 am and by 8:30 was receiving post op instructions. Truly amazing. Afterward, no pain, bleeding stopped soon, zero complications. It could not have been smoother. And, their Leominster office is like a five-star European hotel... elegant.

This is the second child I have brought to CMOS for multiple extractions. I (and more importantly, my 9 and 11 year old daughters) have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and the comforting and inviting environment. I would not think of going anywhere else if there were other options presented to me.

I was having tooth pain in my lower back tooth which ended up getting fractured. Without hesitation I called CMOS, which I was a former patient for dental implants in the past. They did such a great job the last time I was there and everyone was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I explained that I was going to be away on a job in the near future and needed my tooth extracted as soon as they had any availability. They were able to squeeze me in within a few days and as always made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you all at CMOS for all that you do!
