From telephone appt with staff, front office staff upon arrival, to dental assistant bringing me to exam room to the oral surgeon, every aspect for a patient was great. First of two visits for an eventual extraction. Dr. Baran has removed several teeth for me over the years. He and the entire staff are terrific. I am 82 and present a few challenges, yet they are ready for me always. Very appreciative.

Unfortunately the receptionist was rude. My appointment was for 2:30 today. I arrived at 2:15pm. The woman said, in a nasty voice, "Do you realize you were supposed to be here for 2pm?" I explained to her that I had received a text that morning that said to arrive for 2:15pm. She THEN said "I'll see if they can take you!!" REALLY?" To which I said, "They better take me. I'm coming from ORANGE!!" My appt was for 2:30 and I had already filled out the forms online!! The attitude was really uncalled for!!
