First of two visits for an eventual extraction. Dr. Baran has removed several teeth for me over the years. He and the entire staff are terrific. I am 82 and present a few challenges, yet they are ready for me always. Very appreciative.

Unfortunately the receptionist was rude. My appointment was for 2:30 today. I arrived at 2:15pm. The woman said, in a nasty voice, "Do you realize you were supposed to be here for 2pm?" I explained to her that I had received a text that morning that said to arrive for 2:15pm. She THEN said "I'll see if they can take you!!" REALLY?" To which I said, "They better take me. I'm coming from ORANGE!!" My appt was for 2:30 and I had already filled out the forms online!! The attitude was really uncalled for!!

It was refreshing to meet so many pleasant people. It started the receptionist, then the nurse, the doctor and finally the recovery nurse. (I conveyed to the surgery nurse that I was nervous. She did a great job letting me know that the procedure wasn't as bad as imagined.

I had a difficult tooth to extract as it was in the back of my mouth and was already damaged. The team made short work of it. There were no surprises, they explained everything up front and made sure I was comfortable all through the procedure. They continuously verified that I was in no pain and doing well. Thank you so much!

Second time there. First was for an implant, second for tooth extraction Great customer service, all the staff was great. Would recommend to anyone who needed anything orally surgically done. Kudos to everyone!
