I was very nervous, the minute I walked through the door I could feel I was in great hands. The front desk staff was friendly and had a warm welcoming smile. The Dentist and his assistant were friendly and could see I was nervous and made jokes to make me laughter and feel at ease.

I went to CMOS for a particularly tricky extraction, my largest molar had broken almost below the gum line. I was extremely nervous about the appointment and my nurse took such great care of me and helped me feel comfortable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I did opt for the nitrous oxide which I highly recommend if you are nervous for dental work because I did not feel a thing and barely remember the procedure. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that I wish they had My husband in the recovery room with me when they were giving me my aftercare instructions because it kind of felt like a lot to try to remember especially after having had a scary procedure and recovering from the gas. But I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get dental work done!!

My five year-old son came in for a tooth extraction. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. He was extremely comfortable the whole time as the staff insured both he and my wife and I were at ease. The entire procedure was super quick and we were in and out of there and under 45 minutes. Thank you very much!

if you have to go the oral surgery route it's worth the travel to use CMOS. I recommended a friend come down from upper NY state for consultation and tooth extraction.
